If it involves bank account matters, please call the bank directly. If the content of the call requires you to operate related accounts or provide information, please refuse directly to reduce the risk of fraud.
Please also regularly change your passwords, strengthen password complexity (using a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers), and avoid entering account passwords on public computers to enhance information security.
