UNIQUEFUN X 500 gov
The collaboration between UNIQUEFUN and Ministry of Education involves manually entering discount codes.
If wish to participate in activities, please read the following steps and precautions carefully.
1. Please add our official LINE account @ndn7492h and confirm with our customer service the activity you want to purchase and the number of participants.
2. Our customer service will provide you with a registration form. Please input the "discount code / last 4 digits of your ID / discount amount" in the form and submit it back to us.
3. After confirming the information, our customer service will manually deduct the subsidy from the 500gov coupons and provide you with the bank account and amount for remittance.
4. Once the remittance is confirmed, your registration is complete!
NOTICE
1. ✨500gov coupons can be used in conjunction with other discounts! ✨
2. According to the regulations of the Sports Administration's 500gov coupons, once the 500gov coupons are redeemed, they cannot be refunded. In case of a refund, cash will be refunded.
3. Refund Policy:
- Cancellation from 1 day before the event to the day of the event: No refund of any fees or 500gov coupons.
- Cancellation 2 days before the event: 50% cash refund.
- Cancellation 3 days to 7 days before the event: 80% cash refund.
- Cancellation 8 days before the event: 100% cash refund.
- Cancellation initiated by the company: 100% cash refund.
4. Registering for activities with 500gov coupons follows the same regulations as regular registration. This includes (but is not limited to): Some water activities may change locations due to weather or environmental conditions. If you have booked a non-cancellable and non-postponable plan, no refund will be given if you do not participate in the activity on the day. Additionally, there will be no refund if you are unable to participate in the activity on the day due to personal reasons (illness/lateness).
5. Only bank transfer transactions are accepted. If the amount of the activity exceeds the balance of the 500gov coupons, you will need to pay the difference yourself.
6. UNIQUEFUN reserves the right of interpretation for activities.
