After ordering an activity, please proactively join the official LINE account: @ndn7492h and provide your order number. Our customer service will provide you with pre-event notifications. Failure to join and inform us may result in delays in receiving subsequent activity-related information.

If incorrect contact information leads to failure in reaching you, refunds cannot be processed.
