Sunrise Tour 5:15-7:15: Enjoy the warmth of the morning sun in the mist, and start your day anew.
Morning Sunshine Tour 9:00-11:00: Bask in the warm sunlight, perfect for a sunbathing session.
Noon Sunshine Tour 11:00-13:00: When the sun is at its peak, it's ideal for jumping into the water and playing.
Afternoon Sunshine Tour 13:00-17:00: Soak up all the warmth from the abundant afternoon sunlight.
Sunset Tour 15:00-17:00: Witness the interplay of light and shadow, the most beautiful and natural lighting.
Meeting Point
Participants
-Children aged 3 and above can participate. Children should not be afraid of water. Please consider the child's physical condition, or consult customer service to see if it's suitable.
-For safety reasons, ensure good health suitable for engaging in outdoor activities. Those with sudden illnesses such as heart disease, major illnesses, cardiovascular disease, asthma, epilepsy, pregnant individuals, or those unable to complete the itinerary independently, should not participate.
Minimum Participants
1 or 2 persons, different travel plans and prices apply respectively.
Notes
- You can bring your furry friends to participate in the experience. Pet life jackets (suitable for medium-sized dogs) are available for rent.
- The sunrise tour time will be slightly adjusted according to the sunrise time. Please confirm the correct meeting time with the store again before the experience.
Attire
For SUP activities, wear lightweight, quick-drying clothing. If sensitive to sunlight, wear thin long sleeves and pants. "Wearing layers" for winter.
Those with nearsightedness are advised to wear contact lenses if possible.
If glasses must be worn, bring a glasses case and keep them in a bag during activity to prevent loss.
Friendly Reminders
- Bring sufficient water, a hat, sunscreen, etc. (Note: Sunscreen can pollute the ocean).
- Wear swimwear or non-absorbent clothing to get into the water. Those afraid of sunlight should wear thin long sleeves, tight-fitting pants, and a hat.
- Those with nearsightedness should wear contact lenses if possible. If only glasses can be worn, bring a glasses case and keep them in a bag during activity.
- No storage facilities are available onsite; do not bring valuable items.
- There are no washing facilities on-site, but changing tents will be provided. Please bring your own towel and change of clothes.

Cancellation Policy
The SUP activity is an outdoor excursion and may be affected by natural weather conditions. In case of changes or cancellations due to safety concerns or individual factors, the following refund/rescheduling policies apply:
Refund/Rescheduling Options:
1. During a land typhoon warning, all activities will be suspended.
2. If notified of unsuitable weather conditions before departure on the day of the activity.
3. If upon arrival at the activity site, the coach determines that the weather is unsuitable or conditions are not conducive to paddling.
Non-Refundable Situations:
1. If the activity ends prematurely due to weather conditions after thirty minutes of paddling.
2. If a participant fails to complete the activity due to personal reasons.
Late Arrival Policy:
1. No extension of activity time will be granted for late arrivals due to personal reasons.
2. Participants who arrive more than 30 minutes late and cannot be contacted will have their activity canceled with no refund provided.

Q: How many people are required for a group?
A: A group can consist of just two people!
Q: Is there an age limit?
A: SUP is a very inclusive sport. Children as young as three can participate with their parents. Children aged seven or older can try paddling solo. Elderly participants in good health are also welcome to join.
Q: Can I bring my pet?
A: Pets are welcome! However, please ensure your pets enjoy being outdoors and are comfortable around water. We also provide pet life jackets for rental (suitable for medium-sized dogs) upon reservation.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Swimwear or lightweight athletic clothing is recommended. Layering clothing is advised during colder weather. Your lower body will likely get wet while paddling, so avoid wearing long pants or materials that soak easily. It's a good idea to bring a change of clothes. We provide changing tents for changing clothes after the activity, but there are no shower facilities available onsite.
Q: Will you assist with photography?
A: We use professional DSLR cameras to capture photos and may also use drones for aerial photography and videography. Photos and videos will be promptly shared with participants after the activity. If you plan to bring your phone on the water, please ensure it's in a waterproof bag as you'll be responsible for its safekeeping during the activity.
Q: Can two adults share one board?
A: We don't offer tandem SUP services for adults as we want every participant to experience the sense of achievement and enjoyment of SUP standing. However, children under 12 can share a board with adults.
Q: When will I receive the photos?
A: Photos will be sent directly to your mobile phone after the activity. We provide original high-resolution photos. In special cases, photos may be uploaded to a cloud storage link, which you'll receive on the same day.
Q: Can non-swimmers participate?
A: Non-swimmers or those afraid of water are welcome to join. Participants are required to wear life jackets throughout the activity, and our highly skilled coaches will lead the activity, ensuring everyone feels safe and comfortable. Those afraid of water can stay close to the coach during the activity to ensure safety and peace of mind while standing and paddling.
Q: Can I book a private group experience?
A: Yes, we offer a private group experience with one coach. For details, please inquire about availability on the day of booking.
Q: Are there shower facilities and toilets onsite?
A: There are no shower facilities or toilets onsite. We recommend using the restroom at the visitor center before arriving. After the activity, we provide changing tents for changing clothes, and additional rinsing services are available for purchase.
