Meeting point
After registration, the coach will contact the participants to confirm the meeting point based on the recent water conditions.
Target Participants:
1. Participants aged 6 to 65 without major illnesses may join.
2. For safety reasons, please ensure that you are in good physical health and suitable for engaging in intense outdoor activities. Individuals with sudden onset diseases, major illnesses, cardiovascular diseases, asthma, epilepsy, pregnant women, and those who are unable to complete the itinerary independently are advised not to participate.
Number of people
1. Minimum of 1 person required to sign up; the activity will proceed with a minimum of 4 people.
2. If the number of participants is less than 4, cancellation notice will be given two days before the activity.
Things to note
1. Activity arrangements may be adjusted due to the condition of participants, facilities, and weather factors, with safety and overall quality being the highest consideration. Do not remove safety equipment from your person without instructions. In the event of accidental loss or non-natural damage to public equipment during the activity, compensation must be made according to the price.
In the event of typhoons, heavy rain, water conditions, and other uncontrollable factors, if it is deemed unsuitable to proceed with the activity on that day after evaluation by the company, the company reserves the right to change the itinerary, such as postponing or canceling with a refund (a refund fee of 100 yuan per person will be deducted for administrative and insurance costs).
2. If upon arrival at the venue on the day of the activity, the coach determines safety concerns and announces the cancellation of the activity, a refund will be given after deducting 200 yuan per person for personnel and insurance fees. If there is a sudden change in weather during the activity, or if the full course is not completed due to safety considerations and personal factors, no refund will be given.
3. Any personal behavior outside of coach guidance and regulations, such as distraction leading to accidents, disorderly conduct, leaving the group, approaching dangerous areas, contact with unknown organisms, concealing physical conditions, etc., will not be attributed to the leading coach, and individuals must take responsibility for subsequent rescue and medical care, with no refund. The participant and legal guardian will not be able to file lawsuits or claims for compensation against the company and the coach.
4. Participants with major or special medical conditions, or those with the following diseases or other conditions unsuitable for excessive stimulation, such as pregnancy, asthma, diabetes, kidney disease, heart disease, high/low blood pressure, epilepsy, osteoporosis, claustrophobia, and those with a body weight exceeding 100 kilograms, are advised not to participate.
5. Activity photos and video files may be used for the company's marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not agree to this usage, please notify the company in written form or through any official social media platform. Photos and videos taken during the activity will be provided via cloud link for download within one week after the activity ends, and the cloud files will be deleted one week after providing the link.
6. If a traveler is diagnosed with COVID-19 or is unable to travel due to epidemic-related factors after registration, the cancellation and refund are still not possible.
7. Non-participation in the activity due to personal reasons within the non-cancellable period will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds. (Examples of personal reasons include: diagnosis, injury, menstruation, car accident, oversleeping, etc.) Participants are responsible for reviewing these terms before making payment and must understand and assume the associated risks.
Late Arrival/Non-attendance: Starting from the assembly time, if a participant is more than 10 minutes late, their registration will be automatically canceled, and no waiting or mid-activity joining will be accepted. Participants who are unable to participate in the activity due to late arrival/non-attendance will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. For slight delays (within 10 minutes), please notify the on-site personnel 15-20 minutes before the assembly time.
8. Please carefully read the details of the activity itinerary and the provisions in this document. Completing the registration payment is equivalent to fully understanding and agreeing to the content of this document and the details of the activity itinerary.
Kind reminder
1. It is recommended to wear long-sleeved clothing with good sweat-wicking properties, such as sun-protective long-sleeved shirts, moisture-wicking clothing, and abrasion-resistant pants. Avoid wearing denim, which absorbs a large amount of water.
2. Bring a clean change of clothes and a towel, and there will be a changing tent available after the activity.
3. For those wearing glasses, please use a glasses strap to prevent them from being washed away by the stream. If you wear contact lenses, please bring an extra pair of regular glasses as a backup.
4. Bring sunscreen (ocean-friendly sunscreen is recommended). For those wearing glasses, please bring a glasses strap or wear contact lenses.
5. You can bring a waterproof bag with personal drinking water, snacks, and biscuits.
6. The activity includes taking photos, so bring your mobile phone and make sure to take waterproof measures.
7. Valuables are easily damaged or lost during the activity, so it is not recommended to bring them.
8. Please arrive at the meeting point on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the group will leave without waiting, and refunds will not be provided.

Change of Date Policy
1. Changes to the date are allowed from 6 days to 4 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date).
2. However, changes are limited to once and only for events organized by the same organizer.
3. If there is a price difference after the change, the extra cost will be charged or the remaining amount will be refunded.
4. Events that have been rescheduled are non-refundable.
5. Changes to the date on the day of departure are not allowed.
